Kangana Ranaut on Zaira Wasim; Religion should empower not disempower a believer

Bollywood actor Kangana Ranaut recently gave her two cents about Dangal fame Zaira Wasim’s exit from the film industry.

Speaking to the media at the song launch of her upcoming film Judgemental Hai Kya, when asked about Wasim’s decisionKangana remarked that “the fundamental requirement of any religion is to empower not dis-empower an individual and make you independent and confident.”

“It [the decision] should make you fulfill your life and if you think your life is already fulfilled, there’s plenty of work around you,” she said. The actress advised the Secret Superstar actor to try and help her friends and family or do something for the environment.

The young actress will grace the silver screen for the last time for her upcoming biographical film The Sky Is Pink which is scheduled to hit theatres on October 11.

Meanwhile , on the workfront, Kangana’s next which deals with mental health and hallucinations is set to hit the screens on July 26.
