The Indian-American actress and writer took to Twitter to share her love for the Pakistani-American Superhero and claimed when Ms.Marvel will hit TV screens or cinemas, it’s going to be huge.
She also clarified that she does not know whether or not a movie or television series is on the way. Although the Late Night star earlier said in an interview with MTV News that she talked to the Marvel team about a Ms.Marvel/Kamala Khan project and they are interested in the character.

“They really seemed interested, and I think they will probably do something. Now that there’s like this streaming platform with them, it might be something like that, but I think they understand how much excitement there is,” she said.
Kaling, who has been one of the most vocal supporters of bringing Ms. Marvel to the big screen also said that an ‘unknown actor’ should play the teenage superhero if an adaptation was made.

When actor Riz Ahmed tagged Kaling and Pakistani-American actor and comedian Kumail Nanjiani in a tweet in 2018, she responded “Riz! I am obsessed with this comic book, I’ve read them all. I love Kamala Khan.”
Marvel Studios head Kevin Feige raised fans hopes when he said last year l. “Ms. Marvel, which is another character in the comic books, the Muslim hero who is inspired by Captain Marvel, is definitely sort of in the works. We have plans for that once we’ve introduced Captain Marvel to the world.”
The famous superhero which first appeared in a comic book series was created by G. Willow Wilson, artist Adrian Alphona, and editors Sana Amanat and Stephen Wacker in 2014.
