Iram Javed scored 50 runs to help PCB Challengers pull off a three-wicket victory over PCB Dynamites in the National Triangular One-Day Women Cricket Championship at the Lahore Gymkhana Ground on Friday.

Diana Baig was on top with her all-round performance which helped Challengers to mark their first victory in the tournament.

While batting first, Dynamites scored 133 runs with Nahid khan scoring unbeaten 36 runs off 71 balls with the help of three boundaries. Kainat Imtiaz contributed 18 runs in the team’s total.

Syeda Aroob Shah bagged three wickets conceding 34 runs. Sadia Iqbal, Saba Nazir, and Diana Baig took two wickets each.

In return, Challengers marred with a poor start as they kept on losing wickets after regular intervals. Iram scored well-fought fifty runs while Diana played for 19 runs important knock, in the end, to finish the things on a winning note.

Nida Dar bagged four wickets for Dynamites Anam Amin and Sana Mir shared a wicket apiece.

PCB Challengers will take on PCB Blasters in the fourth match of the tournament on Saturday [21 September].
